I currently don't have a drum kit in my appartment. I've been looking for one lately. I had a couple FCs in the past but none of them were insane stuff really. I guess I could learn and get better though, but that's only gonna happen if I find a proper drum kit, and some free time.

What 10 are you eyeing right now, anyways?
Also, seeing you try to outpace GHX would be a really cool rivalry (on Expert, anyways; E-H would be Arvain and myself, I think)

Well, guess who won the competition :)
The 2nd and 3rd place guys were half decent, they clearly were around the level of getting at least 55 FCs, but I absolutely destroyed them. I almost FCed Free Bird, won finals by 100k on Six, and then they asked me to play Jordan right after and I got 98% with a few stupid misses. Everyone was amazed with the tapping and such. It was a great night :)
They posted videos of the event on Facebook, not sure if you have access to that.

I noticed that you never did the two secret songs from GH1 yet. Can you try those songs? You can do this with by replacing ILR&R and I Wanna Be Sedated with the songs and playing it with an emulator (this has been ruled okay by at least one mod). Though, beware of lag.

Nah, I don't think my current PC can handle it. Plus I don't even have a controller for PC. Either way I'd rather just do them on an actual PS2 but I don't have the tools to do that right now.

Good news everyone! I finally got around to playing GH3 on PC. I'm using my PS2 SG through an adapter because it's the best guitar I have. I'm not quite getting a satisfying frame rate though because my PC is kinda antique so I might get a brand new one sometime soon. Stay tuned for more.

Yeah, it's pretty much it, except it doesn't have that heat box thing or whatever it is in the middle. It works fine with either Xpadder or JoyToKey, but it seems you can't use the Select button at the same time as the green fret, the orange fret or the upstrum. That might be some shenanigans with the SG though, not sure how I could possibly get around that. Until then, I'm not using SP at all.
So yeah I'll be going for a GH3 Hard FGFC speedrun because I'm a literal meme machine and I'm thirsty for that free WR. Not sure when that will happen though but I've been practicing quite a bit and getting about 99% consistent on TTFAF. Everything else is pretty much a cakewalk aside from a few stamina songs like TTL, which is near the very end, and a few bullshitty HOPOs through strumming, like in Cherub Rock and KoC. My menuing is getting pretty good too, so this is gonna be interesting. Kappa
