GHWT Boost 1.0 *UPDATED 9/23/12*

Bugfixes --- --- Starpower

1 - load qb.pak and qb.pak files in queenbee
2 - go to QB item Search
3 - type "Starpower" without quotes
4 - open the first item in the list (which has the address scripts / guitar / guitar_events.qb
5 - search the StruckHeader that says:
type - call
event - starpower_on
scr - GuitarEvent_StarPowerOn

where it says "scr" change "GuitarEvent_StarPowerOn" with "GuitarEvent_MissedNote" without quotes
then to where it says update and then save to disk

done! StarPower running

Now we have a 100% working black background version of Guitar Hero World Tour for the PC! Yay

--- for best performance of black background GHWT ---
* open and qb.pab.xen with queenbee qb.pak.xen
* go to bottom to find "ui_options_cheats.qb" and open

* seek StructItemString saying "AirInstruments"
* in the StructItemArray that says "unlock_pattern" change the values to:
green

* click on update and seek StructItemArray that says "exclude" and delete it

* where it says "unlock_pattern" change the values to:

and delete the StructItemArray that says "exclude" and click update
* then click save to disk and close queenbee

open "Guitar Hero World Tour" and go to:
options> cheat> enter new cheat> and press green 7 times (AirInstruments Enabled) and then red 7 times (Invisible Characters Enabled)

and activate the 2 cheats

Nice! Dude, that is a great find! Now, if I can contact iammike4life, and if he is willing to rework it again, we may even have a nice GUI going!

Dont quote me on the GUI. That is all iammike4life. Also, working starpower should be pretty easy to add in a new version of the boost.

EDIT: I am almost finished with a new version. All I will have left to do is implement the Starpower fix. That may come in version 0.9, to give me time to stress test it.

The new version is like, 98% completed. I am just adding changes which will hopefully make this boost better. Nothing major, just things like adding credits, and adding minor changes for easier applying/backing p/restoring. Once you have the new version, you will understand.

Sigh...Why does all the stuff I upload always get deleted?

Once I can access my computer again, i will upload it ASAP. It may be anywhere from a couple hours to a day or two. I'm sorry for the delay, but I am having problems with my computer right now. Again, I will reupload it to multiple places ASAP. Thank you for your patience.
