|
|
ScoreHero's score tracking abilities are now available for Guitar Hero 5. Yes, that includes all 125 possible instrument combinations!
Similar to the last release, since I don't yet have the setlist's full tiering and song orderings, all songs are currently lumped into a "Main Setlist" tier temporarily. As this information becomes known, we'll update the pages accordingly and no scores will be lost in the process. Imported GHWT songs and DLC will be added in the next day. And I also don't know which songs have Expert+ for drums, so ALL songs are listed there now - but ones thtat don't apply will later be removed.
I realize it's now somewhat inconvenient to browse through larger band size combinations, like having to select 4 instrument for a traditional "full band". I do plan on adding some form of quicklinks or user preference options to ease the pain, so don't worry there. Before people point it out, I'm also aware the Home page / recent scores for duplicate-part combinations will have percents listed under the wrong columns. We've got a plan for that tomorrow.
I can't guarantee how much else of the above will get completed this week with The Beatles: Rock Band being launched in a week as well. But if anyone can help out with the missing information (tier names and song orderings by each instrument's career, list of songs that contain Expert+, etc.), it'd be greatly appreciated and will certainly speed up the process.
As usual, please report any circumstances of unexpected behavior as not much testing has been done.. and, Enjoy!
9/2 Update: GHWT Imported and DLC songs are now up, and all Expert+ songs are properly listed. _________________

I had heard about the setup earlier and was interested in gathering some rough data on the proliferation of leaderboards on SH in relation to GH5.
Results here. |

AWESOME! Great job as always. Not picking it up at midnight, but I'll be playing it a LOT during the day, I'll try and help out with sorting, tiering, and the like. _________________

Ah, I knew scoretracking was coming, since SH was being all wonky... (still is a bit, I'm sure thing's'll smooth out soon enough)
and nice work with the band combinations... although most won't be fully utilized, it's nice to have all the options open. _________________

Good job getting score-tracking up so quickly! I was a bit surprised to see that all possibiliities are open to us, but trust me when I say I will be using more of these options than on previous games
Thank you for your hard work, Scorehero staff! _________________

Nice and quick. I was wondering how instrument combinations would be handled. You really went all out. One thing...the song is called "Younk Funk" not "Young Funk." |
