I had the same problem as well. In that section you mention, there IS one more strum right at the beginning which makes it slightly different from similar parts earlier in the song.

You'll probably using a HD tv. That is what the lag calibration is for, VIDEO. Its not for guitar lag.

You may be having video lag, but most people are having guitar lag.
