It depends on how many notes you got on your runs and how many songs you've played on your first quest run.
I played the minimum songs to unlock the warrior form in each chapter, then dominated quest ...

Have the same problem, but sometimes, when playing challenges, only 1 out of the 3 got updated : Record/Streak/SP score, only record was updated.
But the icon turned to diamond for the others anyway.
