I don't think Combination is the hardest out of these, but I definitely think it's harder than NOK so I'll vote for that seeing how it's obvious the other songs won't have a chance of winning.

The only semi-tricky part in Sweet Leaf is the beginning of the solo. I would say Sweet Leaf is easier.

I'm going to be seeing The Suicide Machines and The Black Dahlia Murder next Friday. I might also see Comeback Kid in February.

I don't see what's so hard about Down 'N Dirty or No One Knows. Hell I'd say Metal Health and Combination are way harder, but Thunderhorse was always really difficult for me.
