I highly doubt that GH4 is going to require all instruments for all songs, case in point, all user made songs will be instrumentals.

I'm usually wrong, but those screen shots just don't look right to me (Tool).

I dunno they look pretty real. And those ARE the rumored songs. Those backgrounds also look very Tool-like.
