Just listened to Frail Words Collapse while I was cleaning. Nothing beats that album. _________________

Some of the songs on their older albums are pretty good, such as the ones you mentioned, for some reason, i prefer most of the stuff from the newer two albums. I think it is mostly due to the increased production value. Not saying that the ones you mentioned aren't "good" songs though. |

I just think Shadows are Security is the best album. The Powerless Rise and An Ocean Between Us is nuts too. I just cant stop listening to them. I wanna see them live soooooooooo badly. _________________

I am going to see them in about a month with Underoath and BTBAM. I'm probably the most excited to see BTBAM though because the last time i saw them was pre- colors and i'm excited to see them play some new stuff. Nonetheless, it will be a good show all around. |

Yeah unlike most scorehero people, i actually like the line up for that tour apart from blessthefall and war of ages. I'm probably most excited to see Cancer Bats, AILD, and BTBAM of course. Hitting up St. Louis which is like a 4 hour drive for me so it better be amazing. |

As I lay dying... i'm not a fan. BUT: Austrian Death Machine on the other hand, is awesome. One of my favorite bands. _________________

As I Lay Dying is my favorite Metalcore band of all time. From their new album, which I've bought a month ago, I personally prefer Anodyne Sea, Parallels, Anger And Apathy, Upside Down Kingdom and The Only Constant Is Change. An Ocean Between Us also has plenty of epic songs, such as Separation & Nothing Left, Forsaken, I Never Wanted, The Sound Of Truth and This Is Who We Are. A lot of their songs from earlier albums are great too. Well, basically, every single song they've made is pretty good. _________________

I've only heard the 'An Ocean Between Us' album from AILD, and I think it's pretty solid, meaning, I like it . Any other albums that are worth listening to besides this one? _________________

You should check out their latest, The Powerless Rise. I haven't heard much of An Ocean Between Us but from what I have listened to it sounds like it's in a pretty similar vein. You might also check out A Long March, which combines their first two albums on one set, but it's a little different from their newer stuff. _________________

I disagree about A Powerless Rise, it's horrible, the only good songs are Parallels and Anodyne Sea. All of their other stuff is really solid. _________________

Having heard "An Ocean Between Us"....In my opinion the band basically sounds like a softer ATR. Not a bad thing by all means, but yeah. _________________
