We are basing positions on GH2 scores since we are only playing GH2 songs. |

With all these twists is it safe to say that anyone who does not have an SG controller cannot play? Not that I don't have one but a friend of mine does not |

On another note...this may be a crappy idea (I get those sometimes )...but I think it'd be cool to sticky some sort of Hall of Fame thread with the winners from every season. Maybe an extra incentive to do better or something, I don't know. Just thought it'd be neat. |
One of these is already in the works, and it may or may not be paired with a Stats thread, with some random tidbits like records for lifetime score submission, highest point total submitted in a week, etc. Since getting this next league underway is the current main focus though it is unlikely to see it pop up until a few weeks into the season. |

The # of people in the playoffs is to be directly tied to the size of the league. The original line of thinking was half go to the playoffs..but since the leagues are becoming much larger than we anticipated, that will not likely be the case. We'll decide the playoff size for each league probably tomorrow when we have a good idea of how many participants are in each league. |

One question on this. Are we allowed to post scores we get during the season before we PM them to our league leaders? I just saw Hylian's thread and was curious. |

A good twist suggestion would be to play behind your back or play with only 3 fingers or 2 fingers. |

I don't see how my thread inspired this question...but I'm 99% sure the answer is yes. You'd be doing yourself a disservice, since you're posting the score for your rivals to see, but if you wanted to upload them, I see no reason why you can't. _________________

We made an agreement early on in AA during the first season not to post our scores until after each week. It worked out for the first couple weeks, but it was christmas week during the playoffs. I saw a lot of people posting their scores that last week.
For me, seeing the scores ahead of time didn't make much of a difference. I still ended up putting the same amount of effort regardless. The advantage of not posting early scores is the mystery factor. Especially during the first week of a new season where there are so many wild cards.
It's just a little more fun to not post. |
