You're using the PC version files, right? That type is specific from the PC version, witch is *still* not supported.
Also, the "song name" should be in lower case... _________________

Holy Crap. Awesome tools Game Zelda. BTW, do you know why hededit keeps crashing when it gets to about 126,000kb? Thanks for all the tools. |

It doesn't show any error message? I will look at the code later to see if there could be something wrong
Also, unpacking and repacking the files without changes makes it crash anyway?

It just gave me a "hededit has encountered an error and needs to close" error. I am testing rebuilding a pak with no changes now. |

I saw in the GH3 PC Decryption Thread that DesktopMan seemed to be Lone-Wolfing it. Hopefully he'll figure it out. |

Well, if a unedited PAK worked, try to:
- Copy your edited PAK(s) file to another directory
- Delete the existing folder
- Copy the files (DATAP.WAD, DATAPF.HDP, DATAPD.HDP, DATAP.HED) again.
- Extract them
- Replace the PAK file in your clean copy.
- Then try to repack it again. _________________

Most of them are "Incompatible BPM Declaration"
Too bad I can't have 75% of the charts I try to put in this game. |
I believe GameZelda stated somewhere earlier that bpm declarations can only be on the beat. If you have one where it'll change halfway through a beat or whatever, I think that is when you get this error. It's a little time consuming to go through and try to edit already finished charts but at least it is known what to do. |

It got to 116,000kb and then it said "Generic Host Processing for Win32 has encountered an error and needs to close" Then it tried to shut my computer, but I cancelled (which probably wasn't a good idea). WTF?
EDIT: Hold on. . . . It looks like it did finish. But still^
EDIT2: Does hededit pad the files? |

I don't understand too much your question (english is not my native language), but if you mean if HEDEdit inserts more data, the answer is yes. _________________

Should the WAD file be the same size, even if it's not edited? |

Theoretically, if you unpack it and repack it, it should have the same size _________________
