If anyone hasn't heard at least the guitar solo in -

"Sick Sad Little World" By Incubus, you're missing out.

"Realization" by Ayreon and "Ants of the Sky" by BTBAM both fall into this category for me, as do Matchbox Twenty's "Busted" and Vertical Horizon's "Underwater".

Serious advice now: No-one likes indecision in their work, so find what you like that you're even remotely good at, and stick with it. Don't flit from one thing to another, because that just smacks of a large lack of determination and drive. And people don't like you for that, and won't remember you for it. I mean, I get that you have a plucky spirit and a willingness to try new things, but there's a limit, man.
I might knock it down to just Thursday and Friday.

Oh that's Plastination Station. I took the video down because BBC is flagging all videos that use Planet Earth footage

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about Desert of Song. That and Mirrors are both incredible examples of BTBAM's softer music.

From Opeth:
The acoustic interlude in Black Rose Immortal
To Bid You Farewell
For Absent Friends

From Between the Buried and Me:
Medicne Wheel/The Primer (They have to be listened together to get the full effect because the buildup is just mmm
Shevanel Take 2 (basically taking that long pretty outro in Shevanel cut a flip and making it short and beautiful, not just sweet)

From Pink Floyd:
The Final Cut (Look it up if you thought Comfortably Numb had an eargasmic solo oh you're in for a treat although the solo is quite shorter well you be the judge http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-wzwF3upH-A
Also anything from that album with the same name

23-Jimmy Eat World
Everything Starts Where It Ends-Lovedrug
My Glowing Morning Dreams/A Ghost In Drag-As Tall As Lions (Another one where heaing the songs together is essential)
Initiation-At the Drive-In
November Rain-Guns N Roses how has no one mentioned that one yet
High Enough-Damn Yankees (It's the one video that has ted nugent deflecting bullets with his guitar)
and of course Aeris's Theme bwahahaha

Oh and for the 15 year old in me
I Won't See You Tonight pt.1- Avenged Sevenfold
Ender-Finch
Goody, Like Two Shoes-Matchbook Romance
Discovering the Waterfront-Silverstein

A lot of these have already been mentioned, but...

All That Remains - The acoustic parts of Six, Chiron and A Song for the Hopeless
The Allman Brothers Band - Jessica, Blue Sky
Bad Company - Shooting Star
Between the Buried and Me - The outros of Mordecai, Selkies, White Walls Fossil Genera and Shevenel Cut a Flip, the choruses of Sun of Nothing, Ants of the Sky, Swim to the Moon and Informal Gluttony, the part from 3:04 to 5:50 of Ad a Dgulgmut (the acoustic part and the part before it), the middle of Backwards Marathon, and the entirety of Viridian and Desert of Song (Holy crap that was a lot of sections)
Buckethead - Soothsayer, Sail On Soothsayer, Electric Tears, Padmasana, I Love My Parents, after the first couple minutes of Nottingham Lace
Dream Theater - Another Day, The Best of Times (most emotional song ever for me), Wither
The Eagles - Hotel Califonia
Guns N' Roses - Sweet Child O' Mine, Better, the first half of November Rain
Journey - Don't Stop Believin (Call me cheesy if you want), Wheel in the Sky, Faithfully
Killswitch Engage - The End of Heartache
Led Zeppelin - Stairway to Heaven
Lynyrd Skynyrd - The first half of Free Bird, Tuesday's Gone
Paul Gilbert - Silence Followed By A Deafening Roar (Kind of)
Steve Vai - For the Love of God
X Japan - The chorus of I.V.

Damn, that's a long list.

Dammit, I knew I forgot something. I find The Scientist more moving though.

I also want to add The Spirit Carries On by Dream Theater.

White Wind from Mr. Martin - X Japan

Absolutely amazing song. It's a one minute instrumental, and it's beautiful.
