How come it takes forever for me to load some songs

I heard somewhere that if the ISO size of your custom GH3 is smaller than the original ISO it will run without swapping. How would I make the ISO size smaller??

Does anyone have the file with the source code for buildgh3? The website that I used is down. I tried using the wayback machine, but it was also unsuccessful. I couldn't find the file anywhere on Google.

I have the compiled file, but I really needed the source code. Does anyone still have this file and could host it somewhere?
