I love it, but when you try to describe it to someone, it just sounds sadistic.

"Yeah, they seal eight people inside isolation pods with zero human contact as they subject them to tortures designed to test the limits of the human mind and body".

You usually get a weird look after saying that, but it's an accurate way to describe what the show is. Val makes me laugh in every episode just because of how freakin' insane some of these treatments are.
