This is as good as a place as any I suppose; do you guys think I should add a Create New Page action to the homepage? It would end up looking something like this... The New Page action is at the bottom under the links.

I certainly don't think it could hurt - the reason I had the Wikka documentation link so readily available for the post above is simply that I was looking it up for my own use. Not that I had a page specifically ready to create, but no doubt I will at some point.
/me curses his habit of only using MediaWiki in the past

Wait, so to create or edit pages (basically to contribute to the wiki in any way at all) we have to have paid contribution points?
I've never donated, and it seemed to work fine when I edited (a couple trivial) things. Or maybe that's why I couldn't edit song lists etc but I thought that was cause they were auto-generated and only mods could mess with them... ._.
So you're telling me I gotta pay five dollars to volunteer my time to the wiki?

Yeah, it should be the other way around. We get contribution points for contributing to the wiki.

You only need contribution points to edit the song stats pages. I've created and edited quite a few pages and haven't used any contribution points yet. (Don't worry, I'm planning to.)

You only have to contribute if you want to directly edit system pages (which mainly consist of Song pages). You can still off-handedly contribute to these pages without the 5 contribution points by making a comment on the page you would want to add something to about whatever it is you want to add and then hope someone else edits it in for you.
Like we said, this is to help curb vandalism on the pages where the content needs to be accurate and are more likely to attract vandals.
Don't have $5 to give to the site? There are other ways to earn contribution points that'll only cost you some time, ajanta gives some pointers here that could help you out.
