Where do I download the .chart file for GH3 to use on chart2mid app on this website?

You can use any .chart file from the customs songs subforum or the customs songs database.

Though the way you've phrased it sounds like you're under the impression that you can download official GH3 charts here, which is not true.

Plus, if you have the .chart file, why would you need Chart2Mid when GHTCP directly imports .chart files?

Honestly I want to be a smartass....but I wont. Look, majority of the songs you download here are in the chart format. You don't need Chart2Mid to put those files into GH3. I only assume you mean PC because you didn't specify 360/PS2
