Help With Six

How do some of you guys play the verses for Six?

The pattern goes something like this:

Do you strum up and down the whole time, or do you strum down for the GR and strum up and down for the G? This is the part of the song that really pisses me off and I can't seem to get more than x2

While I myself suck at this song, I've been told that you can do either. Everyone has a preference. I've never actually tried alt strumming the whole thing, which might be why I'm so bad at it lol. So my suggestion to you is to try both ways and see what yields better results. If neither do, take it to practice mode.

and then do a down/up/down for

Although you can do down/up for the whole thing, it takes practice because you have to train your wrist to hit correctly when you strum up and to strum faster when you strum back down since its obviously not the same speed.

i switch. i can't do full downstrokes on six. i mean, i could try but i'd probably end up snapping my thumb clean off my hand.
