Well I've heard Them Bones and Man in the Box and I really liked them both. I was wondering if people could tell me some other good songs by Alice in Chains that I should listen to.

Angry Chair and Rooster are classic AiC songs. Also, they have an MTV: Unplugged album which was pretty fantastic, the songs I remember best from that are Nutshell, No Excuses, and Down in a Hole. Hope that helps.

Er, those two are by Korn, not AiC.

My GF made me a mix tape (well, a CD) of AiC a while ago, and says the following songs are a good sample:

I Know Something ('Bout You)
Put You Down
I Can't Remember
Love, Hate, Love
Sickman
Dirt
Junkhead
Rain When I Die
Them Bones
Rooster
Again
Real Thing
I Stay Away
Heaven Beside You
Brother

Also add Angry Chair to the list.

Great band.
No excuses is one of my all time favorite songs from any band...I am a big fan of harmonized voices.

Heaven Beside You, Down in a Hole, and Grind are some of my favorites, and are really good songs.

EDIT - Oh, and Rooster too.

Rooster has been said before, but it takes something pretty damn good to crack my top 100.

Alice in Chains is absolutely my favorite band. I would recommend every single one of their songs. In particular, the albums Dirt and Jar of Flies contain some of their best work. I can't really be any more specific than entire albums with this band... you could also try getting their Greatest Hits album.
