Wii/360 TTFAF differences?

Alright I know this may sound odd but has anyone tried TTFAF on different platforms?

Reason I ask is because when I play it on the wii i can easly get 60%+ and through the intro in the green. However when I play on my 360 I fail horribly at 3% im hitting all the notes yet my bar still goes down. This isint the HOPO bug is it?
