Yes! I just completed one of my major Guitar Hero goals, 900k on
Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce.
Still made some stuid mistakes in Red Dawn, Solo Fill1 and
Grinding scales2 so I was surprised the score ended up being over 900k.
I guess it means I can get way more
Don't think I will be going for a better score until I figure how to cosistently hit What the SFA3 etc.
------------27/1 -10 UPDATE----------------
Wow! The last week I've made huge progress with lots of parts of TTFAF,
and I have only one thing to thank for that.. GHStudio in Gh5!
I decided to copy various difficult sections from ttfaf into some custom songs,
each song with only one part repeating over and over for a minute or so.
I start with a low BPM and increase it as I get better.
I've practiced Bridge1 ending every now and then for about 6 months
and haven't really been close on FS.
After practicing it for about 20 minutes in GH5 I switched to GH3 and
managed to FC it on FS several times. Thats Progress!!
I did the same with the B1 trill and without too much trouble I finally FCd
the entire section and finished my technical FC =)
I've also increased my Operation Ground and pound score with about
100k in one week. My current score is 847k but I can get way more,
possibly an FC in the not to distant future =)[/url]

That's amazing. I'm lucky to 3* that thing on expert on a Wii. Wouldn't want to try on my laptop, lol. =p Anyway, congrats. |

Nice work, man, you don't hear about PC accomplishments too much on here. How is the game on the PC? Was this your first Guitar Hero game? _________________

I really like this game on PC, no loading times or lag so it's really nice.
I played some GH1 and 2 on my little sisters ps2 before buying this to PC. Back then I could barely survive HA/Freebird and such on expert. But when I tried them all agin last week, I got the log with 2 tries maximum on each song |

Ye, thats maybe more of an accomplishment than this, I don't know.
If I had a fully functional whammy and not made a stupid mistake during the Harmony solo part it would have been top 15 =/ |

Hell you're PC must be good, I barely can play on practice cuz of all the lags (in practice there are less details), anyway great job, and are you using the xplorer of the 360? I'm kinda stuck on the keyboard.... _________________
