Quick instrument compatibility question

When you play Rock Band 2 with the Guitar Hero 4 drum set, how does the note placement work?

I'm not 100% sure, but i think you just don't use the orange cymbal, since orange in rock band is the pedal.

I've been wondering that myself. It just seems like it would be awkward using three drums with one cymbal between two of them.

Yes, but this one has WORKING DOUBLE BASS. Kinda.

It works fine. It is just a little awkward on songs like RttH, Orange Crush, Everlong (songs that use red for the hi hat and yellow for snare). And the orange cymbal is just not used, nothing happens when you hit I just unplug it when using the set in rock band.
