Just wondering, who here on this fabulous site of scoring and heroism is a multi-instrumentalists, meaning, who can play more than one instrument.
I am, kinda. I play drums, bass, sing, guitar, and keyboard. That is also the order of how good I am. I'm a shitty keyboardist. A decent guitarist, a good singer, a great bassist, and a kick ass drummer.
How about you? Please don't post things like triangle, kazoo, cowbell, etc. Even a dead baby can play those. _________________

I don't know, my cowbell teacher tells me it's a very difficult instrument and that's why I have so much trouble. Jk.
I took piano lessons when I was 6, played trumpet for maybe 2 years and was in 5th grade band and I've been playing guitar for 5 years. Guitar is my main instrument but I could pick up the others if I wanted to. I could pick up my sisters old violin if I wanted to. I can improvise pretty well on the piano and figure out songs and my friend's dad was impressed by my playing around. _________________

Hm, I've been playing Saxophone for about 4 years, Guitar for maybe 3/4 of a year (but I suck) and I'm just starting to pick up drums so I guess I could be called a Multi-instrumentalist, but I suck at everything besides Sax <_< _________________

Drums and vox. Both started around the same time (December 2007). I mainly do metal drums and vocals (growls), but I'm teaching myself to sing as well. _________________

Hmm... Interesting thread. I play Guitar and Tenor Sax(sax FTW!!!) pretty well, ok at drums, and can play bass if I had to. I can also sing adequately. I can improv on piano fairly well, play clarinet, and play alto sax . Lol, I'm pretty sure I could washboard. :P |

I play the trumpet, baritone horn, trap set (drum set), guitar, bass, and sing. The order listed is how good I am from best to worst. Heck, if you think that is bad, I know a girl who plays 14 instruments :P _________________

Bass, guitar, baritone ukulele (yes, it's a unique thingy), trumpet, synthesizer, accordion, and theremin.
That's somewhat arranged by skill level, I still suck at theremin, but actually owning one is half the battle. |

Let's see...
I started my musical career in grade 7, learning the Trumpet, played that for a year, switching on and off the drums for my school band. Then went to Trombone, but hated that after 4 months, then went the Clarinet. That was decent, but I loved playing the drums, so ultimately I stayed a percussionist. And while doing that, I played piano for 4 years. And even before all this, played guitar for a year, really wanted to continue, but had to stop lessons and sell my guitar because of financial issues.
List:
Drums
Piano
Trumpet
Trombone
Clarinet
Guitar
6 instruments _________________

I started playing drums in, like, grade 3... i was too young to be good, though. I only recently started to listen to amazing drummers. In grade six I started playing guitar and I am OK. I wanted to learn about musical theory 'cause I hated being a drummer who just hit shit and had no idea what major and minor meant, but instead i became just another douche bag who can move his fingers like the computer tells him *sigh*. I'm still working on changing that. Next year I plan on joining my friends in our school Choir(jeez, is that how you spell it?). and I love Latin percussion a ton, but that fits more in with drums. OH WAIT I FORGOT SOMETHING- I played French horn for 3 years and I still remember some things. French horn sounds cool. too bad no cool kids stayed in band so that i could still play it. _________________
