I know this is really old and everything but I wasn't around ScoreHero when it happened. Why are there 2 different versions of We Three Kings? Is there any particular reason, or did Neversoft just feel like changing it? Just curious.

Here's the video of my FC of the 2nd version of the chart... I just realized that there were 2 different versions after watching JLC's FC and comparing it to mine lol. _________________

Yep, IIRC, one with blue and orange trills in the solo and one with yellow and orange trills in the solo. _________________

Also, on the orange trill one, I'm pretty sure that there's a note missing after the intro sweeps, so anyone with the second version of the song can't get a first place. Don't quote me on that, though. |

Ok fair enough, does anyone know why there are 2 different versions? Both are by Steve Ouimette(sp?) i take it?
I wonder which one i have.... *rumbles off* _________________

Here's some specs about the two versions:
1st (and older) version has exactly 1100 notes which means more squeezing and more points.
2nd (newer) version has 1096 notes which means it's basically impossible to get a 1st.
As to exactly WHY it may be a remake of the chart for further accuracy and not just to be "OMG 1100 NOTES EXACTLY LOLOLOL" but I don't know the real reason. _________________

Actually one of them is blue-yellow trills. At least that's what I have if you're referring to those really fast trills
edit: Okay I found the part. wtf? _________________

So, is the trill the only part that's changed? _________________

I THINK it's because the 1st version was called "Christmas single" or something like that. They just got a good reason to change the name by changing the chart a little bit, I guess. I'm not 100% sure about that, though. _________________

The original version was up for a couple days, and then it was altered. We do not know why, but it was. The version you have depends on when you downloaded it, and unless you're trying for a full squeeze 1st place FC, it won't matter which one you have. _________________
