I Was wondering if, come GH5 it would be possible for one person to sing into 4 mics at once and get a FBFC By just singing once?

Depends on your definition of a Full Band FC. Since a FBFC usually connotes FCing a song on every instrument i.e. Guitar Drums Bass and Vox, I'd say no.
