Anybody can post banners here or suggest ideas for new banners.
Also, feel free to critique the design choices. (Are linitials OK for difficulty? Do you like the DJ Hero Logo on the right? Do we even want DJ Hero banners? etc...)

Very slick! Like the ones you made for Groundhog...
Yeah, initials work for difficulty for me. I may make some when I'm bored. _________________

i like the green. fitting for that track. i think yellow would work as well
i was talking to guitarhailz about different dj hero banners earlier today. i've got ideas but no visual artistic talent:
5* hard/expert all mixes
5* hard/expert daft punk setlist - i requested this from guitarhailz
5* hard/expert scratch perverts setlist
ghetto blaster achievement - just because the deck looks awesome
FC medium career
master beat juggler M/H/X - 5* on the beat juggle tracks (rockit, poison, groundhog). i would say include a medium one since groundhog can prove daunting
i think those are fitting so far _________________

I really think that banners are a useless fad and we don't need to start a whole thing for DJ Hero banners... Unless it's like the RR banners thread and it's straight jokes. _________________

I hear what you're saying. Hopefully this won't be blown out of proportion like the Rock Band / Guitar Hero ones where people seem to think there should be a banner for every FC in the game.
I figured that making ones that quickly convey your overall skill (full game 5 stars) and a few banners for the most talked about tracks (such as Groundhog) should suffice. We don't need banners for every mix in the game with people keeping track of how many banners they have or arguing over what is or isn't "banner-worthy."
Mostly I figured these banners are way to show other SH users that you're interested in DJ Hero.
Exhibit A for why indidual mixes are bad for banners:
The titles to the mixes are too long. You'd have to shrink the text, have it obstruct the background picture or use acronyms. Also, what do you use for a background pic to begin with? It's flat out a bad idea. I for one don't plan on whoring out the DJ Hero banners. I wan't to keep them simple and restricted in quantity (as far as the ones I make are concerned).
_______
I added som Full Game 5 star banners and a 4 star Expert Groundhog one to the OP. _________________

I like the banners, not too sure about that DJ Hero logo on the right hand side though, but that's just me. I think something else might be fitting.
The banners only become out of hand when people are obsessing over them, and since this game currently doesn't have as big of a fanbase as GH or RB, we should be fine, and I say make as many banners as possible, they're neat, and they add a nice visual element to achievement threads.
Thanks and keep em coming |

*bump*
I have an idea for a banner set that would keep things simple, but show some upperbound skill in our sigs.
A series of 1m banners, but instead of per song, just a total number of songs. So 1x 1m, 3x 1m, 5x 1m ect.. _________________

The only real problem is the stretched images. Sometimes certain pics won't work for banners and sometimes they can be manipulated to work without stretching. It can take a lot of experimentation sometimes.
Some new banners:
