Try to strum without moving your right hands too fast, to prevent it from tiring. This is the only advice I can give you. Once I discovered how to strum like this I FC'd this the same day.

I agree with what you said, it can't be considered as cheating because it's doable by everybody, you don't have to change any settings or something like that. It's 100 % legit to me.
