Push the round button on the front of your 360 next to the memory card slots then hold the round button on the bottom of the guitar.
Did that. The green ring just spins and the guitar never connect ... |

| Try detaching the neck and reattaching it with a little (not too much) force. My green fret wasn't working and this fixed the problem. |
