I see nothing wrong with that method, thats exactly how I hit it to FC. Try hitting the strum notes a bit ealier so it gives you more time to hit the HO's. Thats all I can give.

Eh, personally I think all 3 of those are easier on hard than on expert, especially FSA which ive FCed on hard.
