The first dvd I ever burned had 64 (new) songs, and I have burned about 20 since, all with 64 songs. They work fine.

Damn! I hope you had a macro or something :P (if ya do, please send it )

If removing the .voc file doesn't work, I think that information must be hard-coded somewhere inaccessible, like bass/rhythm switch.

Well, with my program's help, I managed to get the song synced. I changed the midi tempo from 125 to 124.76 BPM, put a 199ms offset, and the song is ready to go. Very strange though, only Chris' songs ...

It's what Bizarbus said. You can't put notes at position 1:1:000, or it'll be a 5-note chord.
