I guess I just strum twice for the first 2 blue notes, then hammeron to the green button, strum once, pull off to blue, strum, and so on. I hardly mess up. :\

Yeah it could possibly be me, but I usually could hit similar parts blindfolded. Maybe it's a matter of bad calibration and/or floating lag on PS2 engine, I heard someone had this kinda problem

I can't whammy properly when alt strumming, so I always have to downstrum before the long note, or miss the beginning of the thing.
