Everytime I put in my serial number and owner id, I get an error on the page. I took it down just incase.

If that's a legit error message, I'd strongly recommend editing it out of your post. With a bit of digging, it contains much data about your application that you might not want others to know (e.g. both your serial number and your owner code)

In answer to your questino, it seems like their database is down.

I have gotten that message as well and I am just going to be patient and wait for them to fix it. Also listen to the other poster and delete that code ASAP because you won't be getting any free songs if someone takes that code and from all that coding and uses it for themselves.

Nooo! It isn't working. Because I have put it in before. I think it's because I had the error page. Is there a way I can get the free DLC now? If not, I wan't a new serial number and owner id because I got the error page and I think once you've put in your serial number and owner id once, you can't use it again.

I've found the serial number. Type it in EXACTLY as it appears and I get an invalid serial error. What the hell?

The Serial number is behind the batteries on the guitar.

And yeah, mine worked the first time, too (woo, no Canadian restrictions), and it said I had to wait 4-6 weeks for my code to be emailed to me. =)
