There aren't any simple guides for putting custom songs onto games for the 360 as it involves modifying your console, which voids your warranty, makes you at risk of being banned from XBOX Live, and is not allowed to be discussed on these forums.

as of now there is no guide or even ANY tools for GH3 customs.

Maxkiller is currently developing a tool to do this , so either build a GH2 custom disc (use the search tab) or wait a little while for gh3 custom tools and tuts.
