Bill O'Reilly - Hypocrite?

Yikes!! I know I said I'd stay out of this (which is really hard because I've been watching it all day) but I wanted to clarify something I said earlier. I said that I like O' Reilly, well I don't know the guy personally and neither does anyone here. All we have is stories and videos to show his true personality. His true personality is irrelevant to what he does, however, and hopefully you guys can agree, because what he talks about isn't automatically wrong just because he is an asshole. When I said I liked him what i actually should have been more clear on is that I like his perspective. I am a regular listener of Hannity, Beck, and Limbaugh. *ducks from the flames :P* but O' Reilly gives a more moderate point of view in politics and like it's been said, he is pretty fair if you watch and listen to him enough, but nobodies perfect so I'm sure there will be some inconsistencies with that.

EDIT: Are the pundits considered media? Honest question. I didn't know if the private sector could still count as media.

I'm thinking that most of the time, O'Reilly makes a point and doesn't want to back down from it, to avoid admitting that he was wrong, so it's not that he's narrow minded but rather wants to convince people of his original point, even if he doesn't believe in it anymore.

Also, stop straying so far off topic with politics, this is a discussion about Bill O'Reilly and I'd really hate for it to be locked due to a large flamewar =/

I saw that on the Daily Show earlier this week and in my opinion, Jon Stewart has done much better (even though I do like Colbert more). I don't watch Fox News enough to know that much about O'Reilly, but that hypocrisy in that last clip is even funny from how bad it is.
