And as I said before. They might use quad kicks. Therefore the nerfing. |

Having listened to Twilight of the Thunder God, I no longer mind the unorthodox charting in Laser Cannon Deth Sentence - Amon Amarth will fill my foot mashing desires of that week. _________________

Yeah neversoft fucked up the solo on Twilight of the thunder god...Theres one part near then end where it plainly changes pitch but they kept it the same pattern...
Add to that the messed up charting on laser cannon death sentence X+ and you get some fail charting by neversoft. Seriously one pack which gets alot of hype & they fuck it up.

I'm thinking they will be fixed, these aren't supposed to be out yet.
What part of the solo are you talking about? Can you pick a time in the video? _________________

If a riff or pattern uses all five buttons it's pretty common by both sides to chart them as the same pitch. I don't know if the particular part of this solo does use five frets though.
EDIT: COME ON, that's a YBO zig-zag, charting it as that simplifies the chart. You could say they undercharted the solo, even. Go complain about the charting of the Arterial Black solo instead, that does the exact same thing with a RYB zig-zag. _________________

They probably dropped kicks from LCDS because it would be beyond insane (faster than Painkiller), and probably for the same reason they dropped snare hits from Scatterbrain. _________________

Faster than Painkiller? Dude, fully charted 16th triplets at that tempo is seriously 16 NPS. We're talking noticably much faster - two or three notes per second faster - than War Ensemble. _________________

Yeah. What a hypocrite.
And the charts arent probably finished. He said he got it a month ago. If might even be quad kicks on that song, if thats the case I fully support a underchart. |

As far as I know Gene Hoglan uses two pedals only, but I'm not sure what he uses for Dethklok although I'm pretty sure he sticks with the same stuff. _________________

Funny enough that was the name of the video I watched to see if he was using 4 kicks at any point. He only showed 2, so I can't know for sure. _________________

Quad kicking doesn't neccesarily mean using four separate pedals. The drummer could be heel-toing and hitting triggers that react to atomic pressure. There's no way we'll ever know. _________________

Is there anyway to simulate that in guitar hero anyway? It seems to make little sense to dumb it down because there may be 4 in the song, which I doubt anyway. Lars Ulrich used triggers live for a while, he might still as he was doing triplets for a while back in the 90's with them.
I'm going with "This is just an unfinished mistake and it will be fixed" although that usually bites me in the ass. _________________
