So I don't have the money for GH:WOR and I have to get the guitar with it. Also may make me miss out on the Metallica free import.
This fucking sucks. _________________

I'm 99% sure it doesn't, but does note shuffle work on drums and/or vocals? _________________

I know note shuffle works for guitar, bass, and drums, but I had never actually tried it with vocals. My guess is that if it does work with vocals, the note track itself would look jumbled to holy hell, but the notes required to sing would stay the same. However, if it turns out that its screws with the pitches required to sing, I would just never use it at all when playing vocals. It would be like singing one giant freeform section that you could fail. Blech! _________________

After he started doing stuff like this

I figured this game would be insanely easy for him. Was right. _________________

As Memesis said, it does work for drums, it does not work for vocals though, I tested this myself last friday. _________________

Do drums still offer different points for different pads, or did they change that? I don't recall if they changed it for GH5.
Because if so, scores could be wildly different. _________________

The orange is still worth more points but this is taken into account for 4 lane as well..so 4-lane and 5-have the same possible score. _________________

What are your favorite songs to play with Note shuffle?
Some songs I find to be fun are
No One Knows
Still I Rise
L'Via L'Viaquez
If you want to Rofl at a ridiculous chart try playing Psychobilly Freakout _________________

I've been saying since I first tried Psychobilly with note shuffle last saturday, that if someone beats that I'll be surprised as hell, it's absolutely ridicolous.
And this game doesn't want me to play it, started it up today paused before the first note of Bloodlines because of IRC, unpaused and it froze! _________________

I like the implementation of being able to see your friends on a challenge so much. I mean I don't have many friends on XBL but if I did it would be awesome. _________________

Barfo, have you gotten that achievement yet or have you not gotten around to doing it. |
Well i 'got it' on throwaway account at start of month at hands-on event. But Ive been playing quest mode, and havent gotten around to getting it 'for reelz'. Also some potential gamebridge issues, and I want to make sure i get it on video.
One thing i was thinking would be neat is over weekend i might try and get on and play PFO versus people and we can bascially try and race to 133,337 (ive played this way a little bit with Graf and some others), first person to get 133,337 'wins', might be fun way for people to get the achievement - definitely better than just playing that cursed custom song..
one thing i noticed about the score imports is that it defintiely screwed it up some. In a couple cases, I noticed that it had imported a band score into the single player score on guitar (I know this because same exact score also showed up under the band challenge). Also, one friend of mine on DYFLWD on drums, is leading the solo drums points challenge with 1.05B (thats billion) points. I know that is a big song, but even so.. _________________

Something similar which is awesome... if you switch the leaderboard to show where you stand on the song overall and target the players score above you it will tell you when you've overtaken the score AND tell you how close you are to the next person's score afterwards. So you can effectively watch yourself climbing the leaderboard as you play the song. |

I'm confused by the "Follow 5 Hero Feed items" achievement. When I go to Hero Feed, none of my friends show up in it, so I can't follow anyone. Same goes for the "Challenge someone else's score"; when I go into the leaderboards it takes forever if it loads other people's scores at all. Usually it doesn't even do that.
Unrelated: I need three other people, preferably with ability to do vox / drums, for the full-band achievements. Anyone interested? _________________
