How I did it:
Up strum lowest note (like for , up strum yellow, and down strum blue, then the same thing for and )
use hammer ons
Then for the ending part, what I did was play it on slowest in practice just so I knew what to do. it's actually a really simple thing, it's just pretty fast. play the ending part on slowest, it helped me a lot to figure out how to play it.

Use every single ho/po in the main riff, do not overrun any. Start with an upstrum in the lower notes, it really helps to get a better rhythm of the song and it's much easier to hold your combo. This is how I hit the main riff

D U D U D D U D U D DUDU D

Abuse the timing window. This method is really easy to learn, it took me 10 minutes to FC the song with it.

I thought it was hard too before I got that riff down, then I FCed it. The chord riff is much harder.

What makes this so hard, in my opinion, is the spot I've marked with a blue asterisk. Prior to that, it's single-single-chord-single, then it switches up to single-chord-chord-single. My biggest problem would be I'd fret the yellow in the RY chord too late, still playing by the rhythm of the previous two patterns. Once I figured that out, the FC came without too much trouble.

Another spot that gave my trouble was the single orange hammer-on before hand. First of all, use the hammer-on, it's very easy to ever-strum it and then it will mess with the chord pattern afterward. Also, you've gotta remember that it's on the down-beat. My biggest problem is that I'd keep thinking that the high note is on the up-beat, so I'd end up fretting the O too late.

Also, if you want, you can abuse the timing window a little bit and hit the three RY chords as a gallop and down-strum the GR chords, lioke this:

... u_d_u_d_h_h_d_u_d_u_d_u_d_u_d_u_dud d _d
...

The ending of the two methods for comparing:

... d_u_d_u_dudu__d
...
...
... d_u_d_u_dud d _d

Haha, I've copy/pasted this exact response in like ten threads now. :P

I just downstrum everything for chords at the end (except (RJ) (RJ) (RJ), I upstrum the second chord => gallop).
But you have to think this part like several parts, so you can abuse timing a little not to mix up everything. So downstrum quickly each small part.
Examples :

If it helps, you can also fingers it like this :
