Pretty much this. Even on RB the path is just rage inducing. _________________

It all depends on how many songs have been edited to include vocal star power paths, band moments and open note holds for bass (Which I didn't even know they added to older songs until yesterday. Playing Turn The Page and I was like "OH WHAT? AWESOME!"), as well as adding the info for tiers and genre. Not to mention the graphic next to the song for Guitar Hero: Van Halen on WoR. If those have been done (Which I hope have been done for all songs) the only thing that needs to be done is the re-licensing for songs for exports (Which shouldn't be an issue provided activision put the effort in, considering all the DLC we have) and then grouping the additional songs as extra packs.
So, I just hope that has all been done already. _________________

Actually, Memesis said on a video stream that every song file since World Tour was updated and ready to be exported, that's only a matter of rights now. |

Oh, praise the lord! This brings me song hope.
Only need to work on the licenses, then. Or rather, for some songs, release them. See how many Activision re-licensed before the end. (I still don't understand the lack of Queen exports. They were in every game since GH:M, besides Band Hero. It actually confuses me. Muse, too.) _________________

Well that's awesome to hear, maybe there will be exports to finish off the series, it would be nice to play satch on a working engine (a guy can dream right?) _________________

Well, since this info is from September (It was one day before WoR came out, on a WoR drum walkthrough stream), I don't know if we can take this as a hope riser.
He also added "Maybe they will export someday. Maybe they won't." |

It's true, they do. They make posts just to generate discussion.. it generally doesn't mean anything whatsoever. Every time a new album comes out from a band they feel is worthy (or, I guess, has a connection to the series), they'll make a post about the album being released and ask what song from the album would make the best DLC.
Still, it's rather curious that they asked what song we would like as DLC after they stopped making any more, though. Either it's just another shameless "give us hits" post (which is most likely), or there's something more to it. Not that what the fans "choose" would make a difference at this point, of course, but there's the possibility of Muse being involved in the final 20(?) DLC songs somehow - even if it's just Resistance for PS3/Wii. _________________

Muse would be quite the way to go, given the amount of excitement towards the band in the community.
But these posts are never worth getting too worked up over. I have a feeling that if this was a different band (That isn't in the high-fan-demand category), nobody would have mentioned it. But because it's Muse, many premature "OMGMUSE"s are to be had. |

Watch it have Assassin, Plug In Baby, and like Starlight.
Knights of Cydonia would be too obvious. _________________

Even funnier would be Exo-Politics, Supermassive Black Hole, and Stockholm Syndrome. _________________

Even funnier would be that I would buy such a pack. _________________
