Have custom iso's: how to play on hardmod Wii

Dear Guitar-lovers,

I've got a hardmodded wii and are playing GH for long time.

I can get the .iso's of custom GH but I don't know how to play them.

Searching on the forum for long time hadn't given me the answer.

Please help me because I want to play to other good stuff!!!
