Customs that don't include an MP3?

For example, I found a chart I want to use, but that's all it is, a .chart file. (http://www.mediafire.com/download/qeijvwmmm2y/God+Knows+%28Aya+Hirano%29.chart) do I have to manually synch an mp3 to the custom and if so how would I go about doing that

Yes, it's prohibited on the forum and generally to distribute the MP3 with the chart, so you'll have to find it manually. You can do that in feedback:
