A useful note to those who can't keep any sort of combo consistently on the end, use your last activation of SP right after the second SP phrase at measure 106, rather than waiting for the third. Yes, you'll be playing through the R Y Y RY GY RY GY RY GY G SP, but you'll get seven measures under a x8 rather than breaking combo at the activation on the fast repeating scales. It's my interim strategy until I take it into practice mode and get the part down, but it gets you a lot more points to activate early if you nail all the stuff beforehand. _________________

Oh yeah...what he said, I meant to mention that but got sidetracked. The last activation is definitely flexible if you can't keep a combo through the sweeps. _________________

do any videos on youtube (or elsewhere) use that SP strat? If not, could someone post one so I could get a better feel for the strat? |

The note chart at the beginning of this thread is wrong. I'm fairly certain the last note is blue, not yellow. |

If I'm not mistaken, wouldn't it net you a few extra notes under SP if you were to wait until that first note in measure 113 to activate, instead of the first chord in 111? _________________

2-2-2-1-2-3 < 2-2-2-1-2-2. But not because you need all of sp12.
Edit - if you haven't read all the way to the bottom of the page, that last activation deb has playing over the final sp is about 6 more notes than the 3-2 end which was a little more than the video 2-2. The 2-3 ending was more notes than the video chart, but peoples have probably figured out activating where Deb's supercomputer thingy says to is even more.
again
egads that's alotta notes.
I laugh when I pop this up on my laptop before I play and remind myself I won't hit but about 3 or 4 of the sp phrases. This path is so useless for me. I could 5* in slowest mode in practice, does that count? _________________

Actually if you can hit all the end solo then it's better to get that last SP phrase and use it right at the beginning of the solo...just thought I'd point that out. _________________
