ARK file cleaner.

This java program will iterate through the filelist and copy all non-song data files (mid, vgs, voc) to a new ARK file (called MAIN_0.ARK.BASE), and adjust all offsets in the MAIN.HDR file (output as MAIN.HDR.BASE). This will yield an ARK file that contains only the framework, more or less, and after that, any song data you want to put in can be stored at the end, and thus easily manipulated.

This is tested on the 4track demo, but should work on the ten track demo as well. Possibly even gh1, who knows.
