Hey, I've painted my SG and I've got to the "why the fuck did I take this apart again?" stage, I've figured out everything but that god forsaken whammy bar. It was in one piece, but I had to ruin that, and now it's got the two little arms and the spring is unattached. Two questions.

1. How the hell does the whammy bar go in to begin with?

2. How the hell do you put it back in one piece.

I know there's a link somewhere with that really good painter and a step by step process, but I didn't bookmark it.

Help me out please, I have to start playing again!

Give me a few min, I'll give you pics.

EDIT:

I can't find the whammy bar so I'll explain.

Those are the 3 parts.

See the screws facing the potentiometer? That's how you slide that part on. Now, after that is the whammy bar facing the left, then the final piece.

Put the whammy bar in the hole of the plastic, then slide the two pieces of plastic in the slots.

EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed the spring, it's all together and playing smooth, thanks for the help Squirrel.
