There's no 6/8 here. | Neither is there in the noise build. Even in 6/8 songs, you'll get couplets, doubles, whatever you want to call them, where you get 2 notes to fit in the space of 3. That's an example of them. |
actually, those are 16th notes. |

This is my SP Chart... I have also edited it the last note, do read this no matter what size it comes up in... This is a really accurate chart in my eyes and you should see some liking in it too...

Its already established earlier in the thread that 3-2-3-3-2 beats a 4-4-3-2 chart. Also, you dont even indicate the last activation. its critical to get the second to last SP (by starting your SP before the noise build during the whammyable hold if necessary) so that you can activate right away after the last one to collect the huge amount of poitns int eh three note chord and GB 16ths (?) sections. _________________

Actually, 4-4-3-2 is better than 3-2-3-3-2 by one tick, but if you can double squeeze in the 3rd activation of 3-2-3-3-2 (hitting two notes under SP that are more than 6 measures apart, in addition to hitting all the other squeezes) 3-2-3-3-2 becomes optimal.
Debr's program output includes the double squeeze and finds 3-2-3-3-2 optimal:
Quote: | From meas 76.8333 (R note) to meas 82.8750 (O note) Score: 25000 ((125.0 + 0.0) * 200 ) |
82.875 - 76.833 > 6.
I stick with 4-4-3-2 when I play because it is much easier to execute (no squeezes except for the last activation), and there's no chance in hell I'd be able to hit the double squeeze. _________________
