Activision is going to capitalize on the fact that no matter what it costs, If we can scrape up the money we will buy it. Whether you hate the price or not, you will but it if you want it and activision knows this.
Thats why they waited so long to release extra les pauls, now they can charge $70 for what would be overpriced at $40. They build up the tension for so long that now people don't care, they will but it for whatever price they sell it at.
And of course they didn't release them until aerosmith was announced, They are probably counting on us to buy aerosmith thinking we just scored a deal getting a $60 dollar game and a $70 dollar controller for $100.
Activision has got us good. That's why i'm getting rock band Wii

It does. The company just took the crappy les pauls they couldn't sell because of the necks and made a new faceplate for them.

Honestly it's not a rip off considering the Les Paul controller by itself is $70, and the game (should have been) around $30 - $40 but it's actually $60 making us get a $30 discount. It's the reason I'm buying the bundle instead a new controller separate.

Curse? RT80's is a blessing.

80s was not a flop, and it actually sold quite well. Not sure of the actual data, but I believe it is over 500k. Even so, Guitar Hero is much more popular now, and I expect Aerosmith to top 80s in the sales charts, just by the popularity of the series now than before. |

Me = Work at EB Games. Computer still says $89.. Are we counting taxes to get to $100 or are you saying the bundle is $99 PLUS TAX?

Which version are you talking about? 360/PS3 or Wii/Ps2? |
