That being said, I think 2-3(S1)-2-2-2-2-3 is the way to go:

2: Activate on first RB in measure 12 and end on G in measure 19
3: Activate on 2nd B in measure 31 and end on GY in measure 39
2: Activate on 1st R in measure 47 and end on GR in measure 54
2: Activate on 1st GY in measure 69 and end on GY in measure 74
2: Activate on 2nd GY in measure 89 and end on YB in measure 95
2: Activate on 1st YB in measure 102 and end on G in measure 105
3: Activate on 1st B in measure 131 and end on RB in measure 138

Again this is just a rough estimate, let me know if you find something that would work better.

i think you're giving too much star power. a full bar only gets 6 measures in coop and it takes 10 beats of whammy for 1/4 bar (instead of 7.5). I have 2-3-3-2-2-3-2. It might not be exactly right but it's really close.
