This got me 2nd. Within 12 of 1st.

-3-Wait for the long yellow (5th Y, bar 39), count 10.25 beats out and activate. For me at least, it gives just enough space to squeeze the last R before the next SP.
-2-Wait for the long yellow (6th Y, bar 74), count out 10.5 beats and activate. The SP should end almost exactly before the next SP.

But I'm not good at getting extra whammy out of sp, so if you're really good at it you might be able to activate sooner.

hey i'm tring that path but not getting anything close to your score... any other pointers?

It's a pretty weird path, so I've got nothing specific. Maybe you're missing the squeezes? I tried to make this so the first SP would end with enough room to squeeze the last R. I can only barely do it 10.25 beats after the Y. Try activating that one a little later perhaps?

As for the second, I don't think it matters too much when you activate, between about 9.5 and 10.5 beats.

Really I think it's just all mad squeezing. Whammy the star notes as early as bloody possible (and that's what I'm really bad at)

I found better, good enough for 1st. But I'm no master squeezer so it won't last. Meh.

-3-10.25 beats into the long Y (5Y) [sq last R]
-2-10.5 beats into the long Y (6Y) [no sq on this]
-2-10R [ticksq on the sustain G-]

All said and done, 10R gets you about 125 more points than nn according to the PNG.

Useful tip for timing those first two activations-
Count to six, and activate when you say six.I counted to five by mistake, so it ran out too early, and got to 82nd with a lot of room for improvement
