Gah, help.
I just can't do this song. I can get about 145k because of that lovely break in the middle, which is about 110k under what I need.
I just can't seem to get the 3 tempos down.
Sometimes I get the GGG OOO RR BB YY (or whatever) but not the GGG OOO R B Y or the GY GY GY GY GY GY GY GY GY B GG Y GG R GG.
Or I can get the last one but not the other two.
Gah, best way just to do it over and over? _________________

sooo many tempo changes.....I think random said it.....once you hit a certain level of play on this song, you'll feel the change. Before this point, it's more of a "holy crap thats fast" and you're really just struggling to keep up. Once you "get it", the song is a piece of cake.
I can 100% just about all the time now, and every time....419,XXX _________________

I've never felt it was too fast...and never struggled to keep up...I just can't keep a combo going for any length of time..and not really sure why. |

You certainly do.
It will make the game feel so much nicer (even on songs where you don't really need it). |

Yeah alt. strumming is nice... on songs that need it. Most don't (aside from solos of course) so I only use it on BatM, CfH and TBW. In Gh2 you will need it much more. _________________

I think only on songs like misirlou, ho/po's will take out a lot of the strumming needed |

Well Beast and the Harlot is BatM in a nutshell and Hangar 18'll be pretty fast. And depending on the songs that are yet to be announced, who knows if a super fast song will make it self known. As well as bonus songs (TBW is overall the song with the most needed alt. strumming and its a bonus song).
So its a wait and see but I am assuming that there will be more than 3 songs that you need alt strumming for. _________________

Is the SP after the streak of reds (it goes something like rrrrrrrbryr, you know what I mean) at the same pace as the part before it? or is it like the g-y's ahead of it? _________________

learn to alternate strum on an easier song first. If you try TBW with alternate strumming fresh out of the box, you'll probably get boo'd. _________________
