GHII League AAA (Expert III) - Season 1

After working on the songs last night here's my synopsis of how I'm going to do (no scores revealed ;P)

Thunderhorse: One of my better songs and I'm definitely improving at it on a daily basis. My sp path is pretty solid now but I keep making stupid mistakes I never did before. By next week I should have it down though

Carry On Wayward Son: Not one of my best songs and to be honest I'm pretty sure I've peaked on it. The parts that I can't hit right now, I don't see myself being able to do within a week.

Crazy On You: I <3 this song, I'm doing very well ranking-wise on it already and I know I can improve (that intro eats my soul). Which arises another question (below).

Six: Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, dontwannadontwanndontwanna(*pouts)... Did I mention I fucking hate this song? I'm doing the worst on this one guaranteed.

Twist - Laid To Rest - mute your tv, sound system, etc, no sound allowed.: Interesting twist but to be honest it doesn't seem to affect my playing at all. I didn't do as well as I normally do but I hadn't played the song in about a week and I only tried once.

My question: If we don't beat our current best scores (as submitted on the leaderboards) are we allowed to use those or do they have to be set during the contest?

This is shaping up to be rather fun and is putting quite a cool twist on all this, I look forward to participating in the future. I find it kinda' strange though that my first ever league is in AAA.

Alright another question: Should I not submit any of the scores specifically for the league 'till after it's over, because I set a CoWS score that was better than my old one and submitted it but I still intend to use it for my contest score.

Yeah if I improve any of my scores for the songs set for the contest, I'm just going to wait until the deadline is over then add them to my score total. If I don't improve I'll just use the best score I could achieve out of the week.

Honestly I probably won't try these songs until Friday/Saturday anyway =\
