I don't know the songs, or the artists. I can't understand the lyrics. The music doesn't really do it for me. The note charts offer little of interest or challenge. And in some ironic twist, they charge the most for the worst of the DLC tracks.
The only silver lining is that I was able to single-out the hands-down best of the 3 (Los Documentos) without getting the others.
It is disappointing because I'd buy almost anything, but not anything this bad. I wanted to like them, but I just can't. Did the GH3 bonus tracks have leftover junk licenses to burn or something? |

Sin Documentos is fun as hell.
Exile is meh.
Sept was made for co-op, the bass is pretty fun.

| All you guys complaining are nuts. All 3 of these songs look awesome to play. I wish I had a 360 so I could play them. |

don't be surprised if european people don't love american people, with that kind of comment ...
Let me say, in France (i'm french), pleymo is one of the best rock group and very famous... It's not because Redoctane don't know how to chose good songs from a group that that group sucks ... I can remember some shitty songs from GH2, that are american groups ... ;)

Hey, you americans aren't the center of the world... I know many french people that play GH2 on xbox360... I suppose europe is not as wild as you think, yes we have video consoles and yes we play same games as yours ...

Just because the 360 haven't sold as nuch in Europe as it has over there in the US doesn't mean that there's not millions of 360s in Europe.
Also..more songs are more songs. Remember it's DLC; you're not forced to buy it or have it on your game.
And lastly, but maybe most importantly, RO needs to get their facts straight. Soilwork's from Sweden not Germany. Yes there's a difference.
Proof: Soilwork at Ozzfest Quoting the lead singer: "How the fuck are you guys doing this beautiful morning? We're Soilwork from Helsingborg, Sweden, and you must be the USA."
So please could there at least be one place where the information is correct?

To finish, I think it's a good marketing operation, instead of what he said before, cause i'm very happy (as many french rock lovers) to be able to play pleymo at guitar hero and RO is showing, in fact, that they don't think only about make things for american people but for european too, and that's great for their réputation "down there in europe" ^^. And I will be very glad to play Radio song from Superbus at Guitar Hero 3, because Superbus is a famous french group (not so rock', but this one song yes ;) )
I hope you'll not whine about it when guitar hero 3 will be out

| I will never understand the whining about song selection, sorry, this game is made for the masses, and as such they have to appeal to a large group of people that have different musical preferences. Is the way it is, so may as well get over it now. |

Yeah, if you don't wanna download it, just don't. Simple.
I myself wouldn't even if I had an Xbox 360. I hate this fucking "melodic death metal" shit, but that's no reason to bar it from being released. I just wouldn't download it and that's it.
Personally, I'd much rather to see more songs from GH1 or GHR80, or songs from the previously-licensed artists that didn't make it to the game up 'til now (e.g. Highway Star, Rock n' Roll High School, Fight Like a Brave, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Love in an Elevator, Overkill, Black Diamond, Runnin' With the Devil, Live Wire etc.).
But then again I think I'll mod my game, if the matter's lack of songs.
