Wow raep.

I've never played against people, only CPUs.\, so basically everything I've ever learned is useless
And I just suck. _________________

Thanks.
I wish things worked out a little smoother. We'll have to plan better in advance next time and all use hamachi so we can play over LAN.
good games |

Seriously WOW. Isn't Savior like 220? I knw APM isn't necessarily a representation of skill, but damn. _________________

How about 2vCPUs. I'm not a big fan of UMS, but if you really want to, then fine. _________________

Yeah, Savior has a surprisingly low APM, but he knows (or at least, back in 2006-2007) the game extremely well: his predictions are good, his macro is amazing, and his late game makes people cry.
Fuse, did you participate in the TSL? Just curious as to how well you did if you actually played in the ladder. |

The hell is APM?
And sorry I couldn't partake.
My internet is shafted, maybe 0wnd1zzl3d can quote my message I sent him.
Hopefully I can play this weekend. |

Long story short, my internets got shafted.
No clue, I wasn't home, but it apparently randomly stopped working at 10:30 am Sunday, and the only way I can get on is if I hook this computer directly to the modem, and this computer blows.
A dude from comcast is coming tomorrow to try and check it out, so I'll be back in business asap, I hope.
I wanna SC so bad. |
Also APM is actions per minute. Usually measured by something like BWChart. An action is something like selecting a unit/building, "training" a unit, ordering a unit to do something, etc. Progamers usually have exceptionally high ones (usually. some are famous for low ones, like the aforementioned Savior, who only has something like 200-250). Transfuse says he has 350, which is high, even among progamers. Terran usually requires more managing, so Terran players tend to have the highest, followed by zerg and protoss.
The most important thing to remember though is that high APM does not make you good, being good result in high APM. _________________
