In the Guitar Hero, did you ever think a song was too difficult to be a Axe Grinder or to easy to be Fret Burner. Here is how I would rearrange the song difficulty in Guitar Hero so it would flow easier.

Opening Licks
I Love Rock and Roll
Smoke on the Water
I Wanna Be Sedated
Thunder Kiss
Iron Man

Axe Grinders
Infected
Sharped Dressed Man
Killer Queen
More Than a Feeling
You've Got Another Thing Comin'

Thrash and Burn
Hey You
Take Me Out
Stellar
Take It Off
Heart Full of Black

Return of the Shred
Unsung
Ziggy Stardust
Fat Lip
Symphony of Destruction
Spanish Castle Magic

Fret Burners
Cochise
Higher Ground
Ace of Spades
Godzilla
Crossroads

Face Melters
No One Knows
Frankenstein
Texas Flood
Bark at the Moon
Cowboys from Hell

What would you change in the original order of the tracklist?

At the very least from the original, Crossroads and Godzilla should have been swapped.

I would swap Symphony of Destruction with Higher Ground because of its solo.

No One Knows always kicks me in the junk, I would switch that with godzilla.

It's not that bad... just follow this easy-to-use emoticon tab and you'll be all set:

SoD
[begin][/end]

See? It's pretty straightforward once you put it into perspective.

Haha, I could ban all text on the forums and it wouldn't affect you at all.

Glad to see at least two of the SH smilies made the tab.

I always found killer queen to be somewhat difficult (not compared to fret burners etc), I definately would not move it up to be easier than more than a feeling or you've got another thing coming... and I certainly wouldn't have symphony of destruction way up that high on the list, it is an easy song and belongs where it is.

I agree though, cross roads should've been swapped with crossroads, and I can see your point on a few other changes as well.

Considering the order I five-starred some stuff (or have yet to),

I Love Rock and Roll
Smoke on the Water
I Wanna Be Sedated
Thunder Kiss 65
Iron Man

Infected
Sharp Dressed Man
More Than a Feeling
Unsung (c'mon, it's straight 8th notes)
Take Me Out

Symphony of Destruction (solo only thing that keeps it standing)
You Got Another Thing Comin'
Hey You
Heart Full of Black
Take It Off

Higher Ground
Stellar
Fat Lip
Spanish Castle Magic
Killer Queen (I had some real issues, and I don't know why)

Ziggy Stardust
No One Knows
Cochise
Godzilla
Crossroads

Ace of Spades (can't get that damn lick)
Texas Flood
Frankenstein
Bark at the Moon
Cowboys From Hell

Azuarc, you really think Stellar is harder than Higher Ground, Symphony of Destruction, and Unsung? I've always felt that it was Top 3 easiest songs in the game. 1. Hey 2. ILRR 3. Stellar

My own ranking. You saw how high I put Killer Queen, right?

It might be too high, but I consider Unsung, for the mostpart, to be fairly unchallenging. SoD is all about the solo. And I have no real issues with 6/8 time, which is the prime difficulty with Higher Ground. So maybe I should go downstairs and play Stellar again, but yeah, I stand by that for now.

Go play Stellar again. It's like chewing gum and walking, but without the gum.

Really? I always felt that one was about endurance and NOT rushing...

rofl

..I gotta remember this line...

...but just so this is not a complete waste of a post. I think steller is very, very easy for experienced players...but I can see those new to the game, or those who struggle with hard having problems with it. Mostly due to the fact that the main riff is constantly having you go from Green to Orange. A lot of people have problems with that Orange button. Especially when it is part of a chord thrown in. I've met some people who just get to those notes in this song and just kinda freeze.
